The Central Lean Team
Central Lean LLC is a partnership of three Central Illinois farmers whose goal was to provide top quality beef to discriminating consumers direct from the farm.
Dave Leffler and Dave McClure maintain a separate herd of purebred Charolais cattle. Through crossbred breeding programs, the purebred seedstock provide genetics that are superior. This includes animals that excel in tenderness, quality grades and overall animal health while maintaining uniformity in your final product.
Randy and Steve Arends manage the day to day operations of Central Lean cattle on feed. They work diligently in making decisions concerning nutrition, animal health and husbandry of animals on feed.
